Cancellation/Missed Appointment/Late Policies

We are always happy to be able to work with you and your health care needs and reserve a time in your provider’s schedule just for you. In consideration of others, we do require at least 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. We greatly appreciate a phone call with adequate notice, although we always prefer to see you. If you miss an appointment without calling, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice you may be charged $35. We understand that there are circumstances that may prevent you from keeping your appointment. Cancelling with less than 24 hour notice may not allow us enough time to schedule another patient in need of medical treatment, especially since we already have spots open for same day sick visits. Patients that are running late are asked to call the office as soon as possible to check with our staff to see if they will still be able to keep their appointment. We will always try to accommodate your needs. If that is not possible, the appointment may need to be re-scheduled or you may need to see another provider in consideration of already scheduled patients. We greatly appreciate your understanding of and cooperation with our office policies and assisting us with accommodating everyone’s needs. |
